About the role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer with expertise in Java, React. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain web applications, working across both the front-end and back-end. You will collaborate closely with Product Management and Quality Assurance teams, assist the support team by conducting technical investigations, and help resolve issues.

We’re looking for someone who is excited to learn, a great team player, and strives for doing the right things the first time around - knowing that it may take longer but understands that there’s a balance to be achieved and the importance of quality.

What You’ll Do

  • Design & developing new modules in the system;

  • Support existing codebase

  • Work with PMs, engineers, QA, SRE, and other colleagues and stakeholders;

  • Assist the support team by conducting technical investigations, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in a timely manner;

  • Write Unit and Integration Tests;

  • Participate in peer code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices;

  • Integrate with third-party tools and systems

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience

  • Strong experience with Java 21+, Docker, Redis, Spring: Boot, MVC, Data

  • Familiarity with Spring WebFlux and the reactive stack would be a plus

  • Solid understanding of build systems, particularly Maven

  • In-depth knowledge of OOP, Design Patterns, TDD

  • Experience with PostgreSQL database

  • Good knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS3

  • Proficiency with React

  • Experience with AWS(EC2, ElastiCache, RDS), CI/CD pipelines

  • Demonstrate ability to learn quickly and pick up new technologies

  • Highly analytical with a passion for finding solutions to tough problems

  • Responsible, proactive, and honest

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
