About Tempo
Tempo Software is a leading provider of strategic portfolio management software, helping organizations worldwide plan, predict, and deliver their most critical work. Working with a third of the Fortune 500, we're a fast-growing, enterprise-focused company with a strong commitment to innovation, customer success, and teamwork.

About the role

We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager to join our growing Demand Generation team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of strategic campaigns that drive demand and generate leads. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success, manage the end-to-end campaign process, and deliver measurable results in the form of MQLs, pipeline, and revenue. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is skilled at juggling multiple priorities. Holding others accountable is required to be successful in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Campaign Planning: Build a quarterly calendar for strategic marketing campaigns with key dates. Leverage our project management tool (Jira) for assigning deliverables to the right stakeholders and proactively communicate with them to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Strategic Campaign Activation: Lead the activation of our strategic campaigns by partnering with the Demand Generation team to develop a multi-channel promotional strategy for core campaign assets (i.e. webinars, gated content, and more) that drive leads, opportunities, and revenue growth.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Product Marketing team to align messaging, target ICPs (ideal customer profiles), and define campaign goals. Collaborate closely with the Content Marketing team to develop assets and content that support campaign initiatives.

  • Strategic Campaign Execution: Own and execute the webinar strategy for strategic campaigns from start to finish. This means partnering with subject matter experts across the business to ensure content is in place and emceeing webinars.

  • Lead Management: Ensure leads from strategic campaigns are flowing into Salesforce with proper attribution, and partner with the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team to ensure leads are routed to the sales team properly.

  • Partnering with Sales: Ensure the sales team has the proper script and talking points for lead follow up, working closely with the product marketing team to make any optimizations.

  • Data & Reporting: Develop and maintain campaign and lead-level reporting, tracking lead progression throughout the funnel - from acquisition through revenue. Report on these metrics to the entire marketing team and other relevant stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

What we’re looking for:

  • Project Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Collaboration: Strong communicator and team player who can coordinate across Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, RevOps, and sales teams to achieve shared goals.

  • Salesforce Expertise: Highly proficient in Salesforce reporting and skilled at analyzing data to inform campaign decisions.

  • Paid Media Knowledge: Hands-on experience with paid media strategies and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

  • Analytical Mindset: Data-driven with a focus on metrics, KPIs, and ROI to optimize campaign performance.

  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable handling ad hoc projects as needed.

Preferred Experience:

  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or a related role at a B2B software company.

  • Familiarity with Jira and/or Tempo tools is a plus.
