About the role
We’re seeking an Account Based Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of account based marketing strategies that engage customers, drive demand and build pipeline within our targeted accounts. You’ll collaborate with sales to create ABM programs to build pipeline, and work with marketing to manage the end-to-end ABM program process, and deliver measurable results in the form of opportunities, pipeline and revenue. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is skilled at working with marketing and sales teams to help craft unique plans to target strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities:

Create ABM Strategy: Develop and execute ABM strategies across one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many account segments.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales, demand generation, product marketing, and customer success teams to align on account targeting and messaging.

Creative ABM Campaigns: Design personalized multi-channel campaigns (email, digital ads, events, content, and direct mail) to engage key stakeholders.

Customer Segmentation: In conjunction with go to market team members, conduct account research and analysis to identify pain points, buying signals, and engagement opportunities.

ABM Analytics: Track and report on campaign performance, engagement metrics, and revenue impact, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Sales Engagement: Partner with direct or channel sales to enhance account engagement strategies and ensure marketing efforts drive meaningful interactions.
What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in ABM, Lead Generation, or digital marketing role.

Skilled with marketing automation and ABM tools (e.g., 6sense, SalesLoft) to segment, track, and optimize campaigns.

Extensive experience working with account-based marketing programs and global account selling teams.

Solid background in creating and implementing ABM campaigns that use digital channels: webinars, digital advertising, and social networking to segment & target key accounts

Proven experience in demand generation campaigns that target, segment, and list acquisition to build prospect lists.

Familiar with the technical sales cycle, BtoB buyer personas, and can strategically use marketing communication to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth.
Preferred Experience:

3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on account-based marketing, demand generation, or field marketing.

Experience with ABM platforms (6sense), CRM systems (Salesforce), and marketing automation tools.

Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing campaign performance and optimizing strategies.
