  • Plan and execute projects: Take projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness.

  • Maintain brand consistency: Ensure all videos and graphic designs reflect Tempo’s brand identity and visual guidelines.

  • Optimize for platforms and analytics: Tailor content for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and other channels, keeping best practices in mind and optimize creative elements for conversion and engagement based on A/B testing and performance analytics.

  • Innovate and ideate: Suggest new ways to use video and creative content to engage our audience and tell impactful stories.

What we're looking for

  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects), Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

  • Creativity: A strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual design.

  • Project management: Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable working with various content formats, from 15-second social ads to 3-minute case studies and creative content across multiple channels.

  • Collaboration: A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Attention to detail: Commitment to producing error-free, high-quality work.
