About the role
Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, the Sales Enablement Manager will play a critical role in equipping our global sales and customer-facing teams with the tools, content, and training they need to succeed. You will be responsible for ensuring alignment between marketing, product, and sales to deliver a cohesive and effective enablement strategy that drives results.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the enablement function at Tempo, ensuring our teams are prepared to engage customers and win in a competitive marketplace.

Key responsibilities

  • Sales Enablement Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with Tempo’s goals, sales motions, product launches, and market opportunities.

  • Training & Onboarding: Design and deliver training programs for new hires and existing team members, ensuring the sales organization is well-equipped to articulate Tempo’s value propositions.

  • Tools & Resources: Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and manage enablement tools such as CRM resources, sales playbooks, and learning management systems.

  • Content Creation & Management: Collaborate with product marketing to create and maintain enablement materials, including pitch decks, battle cards, FAQs, one-pagers, and training guides.

  • Performance Metrics: Define and track enablement metrics to measure the impact of enablement initiatives on sales performance and effectiveness.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between product marketing, product management, and sales to ensure alignment and effective communication of updates, launches, and key initiatives.

  • Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from sales



What we're looking for

Experience: 5+ years in sales enablement, product marketing, or a related role, preferably within the SaaS or B2B technology space.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in sales enablement tools and platforms such as Highspot, Seismic, or similar.

  • Ability to create visually compelling content and training materials.

Collaboration: A team player who thrives in a cross-functional environment and can build strong relationships across teams.

Analytical Mindset: Data-driven with the ability to track, analyze, and report on key enablement and performance metrics.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to learn and innovate.
