About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Sales Operations Manager to support our sales team, drive operational efficiency, and enhance data-driven decision-making.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize sales processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and sales strategies.

  • Maintain and improve CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

  • Analyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.

  • Support sales enablement initiatives, including training, content development, and process improvements.

  • Implement and manage sales tools, automation, enrichment, playbooks, and dashboards to improve efficiency.

  • Support territory assignment processes and management

  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions to optimize sales performance, commercial operations, and point of sale deal desk processing. 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in SaaS or technology industry.

  • Experience with commercial approvals or sales territory assignment

  • Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).

  • Familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages.
