About the Role:
We are looking for a Go-To-Market (GTM) Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across our sales, marketing, and revenue teams. This role will be responsible for analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and sales performance to refine our GTM strategy. You will work cross-functionally with leadership to optimize sales processes, track key metrics, and drive operational efficiencies that accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for revenue growth.

Build and maintain GTM dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track sales and marketing effectiveness.

Provide insights on pipeline performance, sales funnel conversion rates, and customer acquisition trends.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to refine targeting, segmentation, and lead qualification strategies.

Conduct post-mortem analyses on campaigns, product launches, and sales initiatives to improve future performance.

Support territory planning, forecasting, and quota setting using data-driven models.

Identify inefficiencies in the GTM process and propose actionable recommendations for optimization.

Assist in evaluating and implementing GTM tools and technologies to enhance sales productivity.
Requirements:
-
2+ years of experience in a GTM, revenue operations, business intelligence, or sales strategy role.

Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets to generate insights.

Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.

Experience with CRM and sales automation tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders from sales, marketing, and operations.

Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience in B2B SaaS or tech industry is a plus.
