About the role:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead and execute field marketing initiatives that create pipeline, enhance customer relationships, and accelerate revenue generation. This dynamic role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring you to collaborate closely with sales, partners, and marketing teams. You will develop regionally tailored field marketing programs, manage high-profile events, and deliver account-based strategies that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Field Marketing Strategy & Planning:

    • Develop and implement field marketing plans aligned with company objectives, revenue targets, and sales and marketing opportunities.

  • Pipeline Development Programs:

    • Working with the broader marketing team, design and execute targeted demand generation programs, including customer events, regional trade shows, account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, and partner marketing activities.

  • Sales Alignment:

    • Partner closely with sales teams to develop field-based programs and account-based strategies to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales pipeline objectives.

  • Customer Engagement: 

    • Develop field and digital programs that foster stronger relationships with existing customers, ranging from advocacy programs to cross sell or up sell initiatives.

  • Partner Collaboration: 

    • Work with channel partners to co-market solutions, run joint campaigns, and support partner-led events.

  • Managing Budgets and Measuring ROI:

    • Oversee the field marketing budget as well as track, measure, and report on the effectiveness and ROI of field marketing programs, presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 7+ years of experience in field marketing, account-based marketing or a similar role, preferably in B2B technology or SaaS.

  • Strong understanding of ABM or marketing automation tools, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
